At Sihat365, our goal is to deliver your order quickly and reliably. We partner with trusted third-party shipping providers to deliver organic supplements and wellness products throughout Malaysia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders received after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All deliveries are handled by reputable third-party courier partners.
  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout (where applicable).
  • Estimated delivery time within Malaysia is 4–7 business days, depending on address and courier partner.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, size, and destination within Malaysia.
  • Sihat365 does not offer free shipping as default; any such promotions will be clearly stated.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Track your package’s progress directly through the courier’s tracking system.

Shipping Limitations

  • Delivery is limited to valid Malaysian street addresses.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside Malaysia at this time.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Issues & Support

  • Sihat365 is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but will assist in resolving delivery issues.
  • For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, please contact our support team with your order and tracking details.
