At Sihat365, customer satisfaction is important. For eligible purchases made on our website, we provide a straightforward 7-day return policy for organic supplements and wellness products in Malaysia. Please note: Refunds are not available. Returns are for exchange or store credit only.

7-Day Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags and invoice included.
  • All delivery or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns outside Malaysia, opened products, or products not in original condition are not eligible.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order at sihat365.my@gmail.com.
  • State your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Carefully pack and ship your product to the address provided by our support team.
  • Customers must arrange and cover all delivery/return shipping fees.

Important Notes

  • No monetary refund will be processed for any return.
  • Approved returns will qualify for exchange or store credits, usable for future purchases on Sihat365.
  • The return/exchange process will begin once the product is received and quality-checked by our team.
  • If the returned item is not in original, unused, and resalable condition, Sihat365 reserves the right to deny exchange or credit.
